August 24–29, 2025
We are pleased to share that Alicja Dabrowska (TU Wien) has been awarded the Bruker Excellence Award for her presentation “Mid-IR complex refractive index sensing: towards integrated MZI platform” at EUCMOS 2025, held in Wrocław, Poland.
EUCMOS—the European Congress on Molecular Spectroscopy—brings together leading experts in molecular, optical, and analytical spectroscopy. The 2025 edition was organised jointly with EMPOC, gathering researchers from across Europe to discuss the latest advances in spectroscopy, theory, and applications across chemistry, biology, and materials science.
Alicja’s awarded work is an important contribution to the M3NIR project, advancing mid-IR dispersion spectroscopy for liquid analysis and supporting the development of a future integrated Mach–Zehnder interferometer (MZI) platform. These results play a key role in shaping next-generation photonic sensing technologies and demonstrate the innovation emerging from within our consortium.
We warmly congratulate Alicja on this achievement and commend her dedication to pushing the boundaries of mid-IR sensing. The M3NIR consortium is proud to support her research and looks forward to further developments as the project progresses.
